I'm Muireann, an accredited psychotherapist with a background in education. I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace.

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity and respect for each person’s unique journey. I work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness, process past experiences and support meaningful, lasting change.

I work with trauma, anxiety, low mood, life transitions, relationship difficulties and health adversities including ADHD and autism.

My in-person therapy space is in Terenure, Dublin 6W.

I offer therapy in English and French, both in-person and online.

Receipts are provided for all sessions. My accreditation with IAHIP and IACP means these receipts can be used to claim back fees from VHI, Laya, and Irish Life Health, depending on your plan.
